  • Thanks for being a supportive and all around great group! I don't know that I would have had the motivation to start this on my own. It's really encouraging getting up from something that temporarily feels awful and getting thumbs up and head nods from equally exhausted people and Nikki's never ending encouragement makes all the difference!!!

  • The exercise stations were different in each class and that i could actually do the workouts at my age of 61. Nikki is an excellent trainer and worked with everyone to make sure they were in proper form. I loved making new friends!
